The Total Hours Of An Employee Are Too Low
So let's say I know of an employee who works in two departments. I know they get 40 hours in each department and yet when I go to Daily Pay I see that they only have 40 hours. What's up with that?
Well what's probably going on is that you may not have access to the other department in Daily Pay. If you don't have access to a department in Daily Pay then the hours from that department will not appear in the totals.
However you can see all the shifts worked by an employee across all departments by double-clicking their name.
A new window will open showing all their shifts for the pay period.
