How Do I See If A Team Member Worked Or Not?
In Daily Approval There are three sets of time fields. The top row is the scheduled time, the middle row is the worked time and the bottom row is the approved time. If there are times listed for worked time, then the employee worked the shift. Different colours around the worked times will let you know the source of the times. If there is no time listed but there is a red dot next to the shift, then the employee indicated that they did not work that shift.
No Border and No Red Dot - Your team member has not reviewed this shift.
Blue Border- Your team member has used Time Entry to confirm that they worked this shift.
Purple Border- Your team member has used Web Punch to confirm that they worked this shift.
Green Border- Your team member has used a Time Clock to confirm that they worked this shift.
No Time and Red Dot Beside Shift - Your team member has said they did not work this shift.
Also note that any times that are entered that do not match what was scheudled will have a red background.
