Lost Password / Password Change

If you are unable to log in to Everest because of a forgotten password, or an incorrect password entered too many times, you will need to call a member of Alpine Crew at (204) 478-3707 and we can reset your password for you. Please be prepared to provide some identifying information such as Social Insurance Number or Date of Birth.

If you are able to log in to the system, you can change your password by logging in and selecting the Change Password option on the upper right side of the screen in the drop down menu under your name.

Passwords need to contain at least 8 characters and have a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
