Crosstab
-
Crosstab can also be called a Pivot Table.
-
Use the Crosstab function to summarize your data based on your chosen headers and labels.
-
The Crosstab function also allows you to automatically sort your data by sum, count, average or standard deviation.
-
The required fields when creating a crosstab are as follows:
-
Header Values Column: Select your desired header value from the drop down. The crosstab will create one column for each unique value.
-
Label Values Column: Select your desired label value from the drop down. The crosstab will create one row for each unique value.
-
Aggregate Values Column: Select your desired aggregate value from the drop down. This will be the data content of the crosstab.
-
Aggregate Function: Select the function to be used from the drop down.
-
Click Add.
-
-
Note that the values in the header and label drop down menus are the column headers from the original table.
-
Multiple Crosstabs can be added to the report and will appear below the original table.
