Use the Chart function to add various types of graphs to your report

Create the various charts by completing the fields indicated below.

All charts created will appear below the original table created by the report. Scroll down to view. They can be moved above the data table once they have been created.

Pie Chart:

Label Column: Choose the column you wish to use for your categories from the drop down.

Data Column: Select from the drop down.

Note that only columns with numerical values will be available for use in the Data Column.

Data Aggregation: Select the type of function you wan to use for your data.

Click Add.

Bar Chart:

Label Column: Choose the column you wish to use for your categories from the drop down.

Data Column: Select from the drop down.

Data Aggregation : Select the type of function you wan to use for your data.

Line Chart:
-
X-Axis Column: Select the column to be used for your marks on the X axis (horizontal).

Y-Axis Column: Select from the drop down the column to be used for your marks on the Y axis (vertical).

Curved Line Chart:

X-Axis Column:Select the column to be used for your marks on the X axis (horizontal).

Y-Axis Column:Select from the drop down the column to be used for your marks on the Y axis (vertical).
