Statutory Holiday Hours in Daily Approval

When a statutory holiday occurs, a special shift record, calculated based on the province for your organization, will be inserted on the holiday date representing the hours associated with their holiday pay.

The shift record that is inserted will be set to start at 12:00 AM and will end based on the hours calculated for the eligibility period with a STAT pay code (shown in red). You can adjust the end time to get the duration needed, however, we do recommend that you leave the hours as calculated.

Note this is different than the hours for those who physically worked on the statutory holiday, which in the example below are WRKSTAT (shown in green).
