Locking Daily Approval Shift Records to Transfer to Payroll

Shifts that are approved can be locked to prevent further manual adjustments and mark them for transfer to the payroll input sheet.

Select the individual shifts or choose the top check box to select all the shifts in view and select Lock.

Within Payroll, to transfer the hours from Daily Approval, from the input sheet choose Import hours now.
