How do I add a shift in Time Entry?

If you do not see a scheduled shift in Time Entry - please consult this article and reach out to your manager first. 

 

If you need to add an unscheduled shift in Time Entry, navigate to the day the shift.

Click on the plus (+) sign button at the bottom on the day to bring up the editor.

In the editor:

  • select the department from the drop down
  • enter the start and end time
  • the shift will be marked as Worked by default
  • enter any notes you wish you communicate to your manager
  • click Save!
